I insisted with my insurance provider that the repairs had to completed by my dealership, where I bought my SUV. Knowing and trusting their level of service, it was taken care of immediately, and you would never never know it had been badly damaged. This dealership goes above and beyond anyone I have dealt with in the past. Awesome...) and the way it was transferred to me... My expectations were far exceeded in every manner and by every person i dealt with. From Kiwon (unbelievably kind) to Michael (who was helpful, and detail oriented ) to the finance department who was easy to understand and talk with. I was just completely comfortable in making such a large investment. All in all a wonderful experience. We stopped in after visiting Mercedes, Lexus, and Acura and we really weren't impressed with the "luxury" experience, both the showroom and the cars we drove. Immediately upon walking into Genesis, Stephanie and her team made us feel welcome, informed, relaxed and 100% like we crossed the threshold from a standard experience to the luxury one you'd expect from dealers in this class. We ended up leaving with the car and lease terms we wanted, and Stephanie absolutely made that happen from scratch (I didn't even want to test drive when I got there). All in, this was the best dealership experience I've ever had, and it'd be hard not to say we'll be a Genesis (and this location in particular) customer for a long time.
